How to: Open and run a query.
Solution:
Select the query to open from the list, click 'Open'. Then, select the 'View' menu and select 'Query Design'. Select the 'Query' menu and select 'Run'.
1) If that Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Queries' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the query to open or run from the list.
4) To open the query:
a) Click 'Open'. (The query opens in Datasheet view.)
5) Do the following to run the query:
a) Click 'Design'. (The query opens in Design view.)
b) Select the 'Query' menu and select 'Run'.
